Cylinder Head
Max. permissible distortion 0.1 mm

Refacing Cylinder Head Sealing Surface





Refacing measurement is made via holes for cylinder head bolts.
a at least 139.2 mm

Cylinder Head Bolts
Replace





First pass Tighten all bolts hand tight
Second pass Pre-tighten all bolts to 40 Nm
Third pass Tighten all bolts 1/4 turn (90°) further
Final pass Tighten all bolts 1/4 turn (90°) further

Camshaft Bearing Cap Bolts
Refer to Camshafts, removing and installing for tightening specifications and procedure.

Camshaft sprocket bolt 65 Nm
