Requirements
- Engine oil temperature 60 degrees C min.
- No leaks on intake and exhaust systems.

Work sequence







- Disconnect connector - 2 - from Wastegate bypass regulator valve -N75- -1 -.







- Start engine and bring to maximum engine speed by accelerating spontaneously. Operating rod - 2 - for charge pressure control valve must move.

If the operating rod does not move:
- Check charge pressure control valve lever -1 - for ease of operation. If rusted in place, replace turbocharger.

If the operating rod does not move even though the lever moves freely:
- Replace turbocharger
