Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Hand Vacuum Pump (VAS 6213)

- Disconnect the connectors from the Evaporative Emission (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve (N80) and low fuel pressure sensor (G410) - arrows -.





- Remove the EVAP canister purge regulator valve (N80) - B - from the hose - A -.

- Set the slide ring - 1 - on the (VAS 6213) in position - A - (vacuum).





- Connect the (VAS 6213) hose to the double check valve - arrow -.





- Operate the (VAS 6213) several times, vacuum must build up.

If no vacuum builds up, replace the double check valve.
