Fastener Tightening Specifications





Engine Mount





A = 20 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

B = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

C = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

Transmission Mount





1 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

2 = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

Pendulum Support





• First, install the pendulum support bolt to the transmission and then the bolts to the subframe.

A = strength category 8.8 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

A = strength category 10.9 = 50 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1, 2

B = 100 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn 1

• 1 Always replace

• 2 In the case of manual transmissions, only use bolts with a strength category 10.9, if threaded inserts (for example, Heli-Coil) are installed. Characteristics: section on first thread - arrow -.
