Headlamps

Side Mounting Tab, Repairing

- Switch ignition and all electrical consumers off and disengage the key or ignition switch in position 0 (ignition off).

• During removal and installation, leave ignition key with remote control inside the vehicle to prevent the doors from locking and possibly activating the Coming Home / Leaving Home functions on its own.

- Remove headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamps ]. Headlamps

- Remove the remains of the headlamp mounting tab as depicted.





- Insert new mounting tab - 2 - into the mount - 1 - on the headlamp and secure the securing lug with mounting bolt - 3 -.





- Install banjo fitting - 1 - in mounting tab - 2 -.





- Install headlamp, refer to => [ Headlamps ]. Headlamps

• If one headlamp is removed, it must always be adjusted after installation.

- Check headlamp adjustment and adjust headlamp if necessary.
