Removal and Replacement



Throttle Valve Control Module

Removing
- Remove engine cover/air filter.

- Remove pipe - A - and hose - B - - arrows -.

Continuation for All







- Loosen the hose clamp - 1 -.
- Remove bolt - 2 -.
- Remove noise insulation.
- Disconnect electrical connector - 3 -.
- Remove the bolt - 4 -, pull the guide pipe off the charge air cooler and remove it downward.
- Remove four bolts on throttle valve control module J338 and remove it.

Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:
- If a new throttle valve control module J338 was installed, adapt the engine control module to the throttle valve control module J338 "Guided Functions".
