Front Subframe: Specifications

Subframe Mount





Engine mount
A = 20 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)
- Replace bolts
B = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)
- Replace bolts
C = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)
- Replace bolts





Transmission assembly mount
1 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn
- Replace bolts
2 = 60 Nm + 90° (1/4) turn
- Replace bolts





Pendulum supports
A strength category 8.8 = 40 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn)
- Replace bolts
A strength category 10.9 = 50 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) 1)
- Replace bolts
B = 100 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn
- Replace bolts

Removing First remove bolt - B -, then bolts - A -.
Installing: First fasten bolts - A -, then bolt - B -.





1) On manual transmissions, only use bolts with strength category 10.9 if threaded inserts (e.g. HeliCoil) are installed.
