Fuel Level Sensor (Passat)

NOTE:
- Read safety precautions before beginning work.
- Observe the rules for cleanliness.
- For fuel tank assembly overview.

Removal
- Remove fuel delivery unit.







- Pull fuel level sensor slightly to the side and simultaneously upward.







- Disengage electrical connectors - 1 to 3 - and disconnect them.

Installation







- Connect connectors - 1 through 3 - and make sure they are locked.
- Insert Fuel Level Sensor G into guide at fuel delivery unit and press down until engagement.
- Install fuel delivery unit.
