Cylinder Head
Replace cylinder head bolts.





Tighten cylinder head bolts in sequence - 1 to 5 -.
Tighten to 40 Nm using a torque wrench.
Tighten further 90 degree using a rigid wrench.
Tighten further 90 degree using a rigid wrench.
Pre-tighten bolts - arrows - to 8 Nm.
Tighten bolts - arrows - 90 degree further using a rigid wrench.

Checking Cylinder Head for Distortion
Check cylinder head on several locations for distortion using a 500 mm straight edge VAS 6075 and a feeler gauge.

Maximum permissible distortion 0.05 mm
