1 for Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve (N112)

2 Left Combination Valve

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking ] Service and Repair.

• Remove the throttle valve control module to remove.

3 Gasket

• Always replace.

4 Connecting Piece

• For the combination valve.

5 Bolt, 10 Nm

6 Intake Manifold Support, Front

• Intake manifold removing and installing. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

7 Bolt, 20 Nm

8 Connecting Hose

9 Bolt, 9 Nm

10 Connecting Piece

11 to Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve 2 (N320)

12 Right Combination Valve

• Checking, refer to => [ Secondary Air Injection Combination Valves, Checking ] Service and Repair.

• Remove the intake manifold to remove. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

13 Spring Type Clip

14 Bolt, 2 Nm

15 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Sensor 1 (G609 )

16 Electrical Connector

17 O-ring

• Replace if damaged.

18 Pressure Hose

• Ensure the hose is securely seated.

19 Connecting Piece

20 Air Filter Housing

• Clean if contaminated.

21 Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor (V101 )

22 Bolt, 10 Nm

23 Bracket

• For the AIR pump motor.

24 Bolt, 20 Nm

25 Rubber Bushing
