Right Rear Door Control Module (J389) Output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM)

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System (VAS 5051A)

The following components and functions can be checked via output Diagnostic Test Mode (DTM) of door control module:

• Activation of right rear window regulator (driving down)

• Activation of right rear window regulator (driving up)

- Connect (VAS 5051A).

- In (VAS 5051A) , select operating mode "Guided Fault Finding".

- Using the "Go To" button, select "Functions/Component selection" and the following menu options in sequence:

• Body

• Body repair procedures

• 01 - On Board Diagnostic (OBD) capable systems

• Right rear door electronics

• Functions of Right Rear Door Control Module

• Right Rear Door Control Module - output diagnostic test mode
