Condenser Overview






1 Radiator

• Removing and installing.

• The condenser is located between the radiator and the charge air cooler condenser.

2 Condenser With Dryer Cartridge

• Condenser, removing and installing 2.5L, refer to => [ Condenser ] Condenseror 2.0L , TDI, refer to => [ Condenser ] Condenser.

• Removing and installing dryer cartridge, refer to => [ Dryer Cartridge ] Service and Repair.

3 Screws

• Tightening specification: 5 Nm

• Mounting the condenser on the radiator or the charge air cooler.

4 Dryer Cartridge

• Removing and installing, refer to => [ Dryer Cartridge ] Service and Repair.

5 Protective Grate

• Protecting the condenser from the stone chips and debris.

6 Clip

• Clip for the protective grate.

• Quantity: 8

7 Screws

• Tightening specification: 12 Nm

• Refrigerant line connections to the condenser.

8 Refrigerant Line

• High pressure line

9 Refrigerant Line

• Low pressure line
