Cornering Lamp and Headlamp Range Control Module (J745)

Removal

- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

- Remove the glove compartment.

- Press the insulation mat to the side and release and disconnect the harness connector - 1 -.






- Unscrew the mounting bolts - arrows - and remove the cornering lamp and headlamp range control module.

Installation

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Note the following:

- Tighten the mounting bolts to the specification shown in=> [ HID Headlamp and Cornering Lamp Overview ] HID Headlamp and Cornering Lamp Overview.

• After installation of a new cornering lamp and headlamp range control module, it must be coded. Refer to=> [ Cornering Lamp and Headlamp Range Control Module (J745), Coding ] Cornering Lamp and Headlamp Range Control Module (J745), Coding and the basic setting of the headlamps must then be performed.
