Tension Strut Assembly Overview

Left and right tension strut contact surfaces must be free of wax.

Screws should only be tightened when vehicle is resting on wheels.






1 Left tension strut

2 Right tension strut

3 Bolt

• Quantity: 1 per tension strut

• Tightening specification: 90 Nm + 1/8 (45°) additional turn

• Always replace bolts after removing them.

4 Bolt

• Quantity: 2 per tension strut

• Tightening specification: 40 Nm + 1/8 (45°) additional turn

• Always replace bolts after removing them.
