Oil Filter Adapter

Removing

- Remove the intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold ] Intake Manifold.

- Remove the coolant pipes. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes ] Coolant Pipes.

- Remove the bolts - A and B - to remove the engine oil cooler.






- Disconnect the connector - A - from the oil pressure switch and remove the bolt - B - for the ground wire.






- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the oil filter adapter.

Installing

- Replace the gaskets - items 7 and 14 - in the => [ Oil Filter Adapter ] Service and Repair.

- Install the oil baffle.

- Install the oil filter adapter and tighten the bolts evenly to 15 Nm.

- Install the engine oil cooler with the bracket for the coolant pipes.

Further installation is in the reverse order of removal.
