Fender Assembly Overview

1 Fender

• Removing and Installing, refer to => [ Fender ] Fender

2 Bolt

• Quantity 1; A-pillar

• Quantity 1; wheel housing

• Quantity: 2; sill panel

• Quantity 2; fender brace

• Quantity: 4; fender connecting piece

• Tightening specification: 7.5 Nm

3 Noise insulation

• There may be different noise insulation and foam pieces installed.

• Installed between the fender and A-pillar

4 Fender noise insulation

• There may be different noise insulation and foam pieces installed.

• Inserted between the fender and the wheel housing longitudinal member

5 Fender brace

• The fender brace and the fender are fitted to the hood and the bumper.

6 Bolt

• Quantity: 2

• Tightening specification: 7.5 Nm

7 Additional cover for the fender

• It will get damaged when being removed. Install a new additional cover.
