Access/Start System Antenna In Rear Bumper (R136)

The access/start antenna in rear bumper is located in the rear bumper cover on the right back-up lamp.

• No coding, basic setting or adaptation is necessary if access/start antenna in rear bumper is replaced. Erase the entry in the DTC memory using "Guided Fault Finding" with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.

Removing

- Switch off the ignition and all electrical consumers.

- Remove the rear bumper cover.

- Remove the access/start antenna in rear bumper - 1 - from the bumper lower section. Pay attention to the wires still connected.






- Disconnect the connector - 2 - and remove the access/start antenna in rear bumper - 1 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal.
