Removing

- Disconnect the hoses - 1 and 2 - and remove the connecting pipe - arrows -.






- Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - from throttle valve control module.






- Remove the bolts - arrows - and remove the throttle valve control module.

Installing

Installation is carried out in the reverse order while noting the following:

- For the correct tightening specifications, refer to => [ Intake Manifold Overview ] Intake Manifold Overview.

- Make sure that the seal is positioned correctly on the intake manifold.

- When replacing the throttle valve control module, adapt the Engine Control Module (ECM) to the throttle valve control module. Refer to "Guided Functions" in the vehicle diagnostic tester.
