Programmer, Climate Control

NOTE:
^ Under no circumstances should the factory adjusted calibration screw on 760 A.C.C. programmers be altered. All programmers are factory calibrated and do not need to be altered.
^ If a problem is encountered with a programmer, it must be returned under warranty. Altering the calibration will not correct any malfunction.
^ Programmers which have been adjusted by dealers will not be accepted under warranty.

Programmer Removal:





1. Remove panel below glovebox.
2. Remove glovebox.
3. Remove outer panel vents and ducts.





4. Disconnect air-mix shutter control rod from programmer.
5. Disconnect connector from left side of programmer.
6. Disconnect 3-pole connector (not shown).
7. Remove retaining clips from vacuum connection.





8. Unscrew retaining screws (3x)
9. Remove programmer.

Programmer Installation:
1. Install programmer.





2. Instal vacuum connection and clips.
3. Reconnect connector to left side of programmer.
4. Reconnect control rod.
5. Adjust control rod.

NOTE: Make sure there is adequate vacuum (start engine if need be).

Select max. temperature on thumbwheel. Pull control rod until it reaches end position. Secure rod to programmer.
6. Install ducts and outer panel vents.
7. Install glovebox and panel.
