A/C Signal: Testing and Inspection

Fig. 9 Connecting test light between electrical connector terminal 7 and ground:

1. With engine operating, connect test light between electrical connector terminal 7 and ground, Fig. 9.
2. With A/C off, test light should be off. With A/C on, test light should come on. If no faults have been found but CIS system still does not operate correctly, install a new electronic control module and repeat tests.
