Control Panel Temperature Sensor

Control Panel Temperature Sensor

1. Remove control panel cover.
2. Remove four screws from control panel and pull panel out from dashboard.
3. Disconnect sensor connector.
4. Check sensor with an ohmmeter. Circuit should be closed at temperatures above 64° F.
5. Cool sensor to below 64° F. Circuit should now be open.

If the temperature sensor fails either test, replace and recheck.
