Opening Casing

Closest to the collision sensor is the wiring for both seat belt tensioners, enclosed in a protective sheath.

Note!
Take great care that the wiring is not damaged.

Cut protective sheath open so that only approximately 30 mm (1-3/16") remains closest to the collision sensor.

Pull out the seat belt tensioner wiring from the protective sheath to the end of the cut.

Tape the protective sheath together around the remaining wiring.
