The following information is being provided to update Service Manager Bulletin Gr. 23, No. 21A dated March, 1990, "Bendix/Regina Cold Start Improvements," with 1990 ending chassis numbers for Plant 3 in bold type. The modification has been installed in production on vehicles above the VIN ranges noted. Accordingly, Service Action claims will not be accepted on vehicles above the chassis numbers listed.
