EGR Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair
Fig. 166 E.G.R. TEMPERATURE SENDER:
1.
Turn ignition OFF.
2.
Disconnect
EGR temperature sensor connector.
3.
Remove sensor.
CAUTION: Sensor is extremely sensitive to shock and impact, handle with care.
4.
Install
EGR temperature sensor and tighten to:
5 - 9.5 ft.lb (60 - 100 in.lbs / 7 -13 Nm).

Reconnect connector.
