Discharging System

1. Block front wheels and set parking brake.
2. Connect low pressure hose of recovery station Part No. 9511000-3, or equivalent, to A/C system service valve.
3. Slowly open service valve to prevent oil from being drawn out of the compressor. Turn switch on recovery station to "Recovery.
4. Evacuation should take approximately 15-0.0 minutes.
5. When pressure gauges read zero, close valves.
6. Disconnect hose from service valve and install cap.
7. When the system is empty, the low pressure gauge should show a vacuum (less than zero).
