Warranty Repairs

a. Defective component(s) will be repaired or exchanged at the repair centers' option and returned UPS Blue no charge.

b. If the components tested are NOT defective or damaged, they will be returned UPS Blue COLLECT.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

a. The repair center will fax to your dealership an estimate to repair the failed components. If any items listed under "replacement parts" are required to make the unit operable, they will advise you which items are necessary by fax. REPLACEMENT PARTS MUST THEN BE ORDERED FROM VOLVO, using normal procedures.

b. Whether repaired, exchanged, or not defective, the component(s) will be returned to your dealership UPS Blue COLLECT.
