Positive Crankcase Ventilation: Service and Repair
Flame Trap Removal:
REMOVAL AND INSPECTION 1.
Turn trap casing about 15 mm to left (bayonet connection).
2.
Withdraw trap.
3.
Remove oil filler cap.
4.
Clean hoses by blowing into crankcase.
5.
Clean or replace flame trap.
Flame Trap:
INSTALLATION 1.
Reinstall trap in housing.
2.
Reconnect housing by turning 15 mm to right.
