Replacing Control Module Connector

Removal:




- Dismantle control module box. Replacing Control Module Box
- Remove holder silicone rubber mat.
- Undo holder; twist holder open until catch releases.





- Turn holders and push locking pins on control module connector together.
- Remove connector from holder.





- Mark terminal pin positions in connector.
- Undo terminal pins, using a precision screwdriver to release catches.

CAUTION: Take care not to distort terminal pins when removing.

Installation:





- Replace connector.
- Reinstall pins in connector as per markings.





Install:
- Connector in holder.
- Assemble holder.
- Holder silicone rubber mat.
- Assemble control module box.
