G. Table of symptoms

Methods
Establish the symptoms of the car by asking the customer or test driving the car.
If the fault symptoms are In the following table fault tracing is best done using the procedures Indicated below.

Intermittent faults
IMPORTANT: faults which occur intermittently or cannot be detected when the car is examined can be traced using the Volvo ST. However, not all fault symptoms in the list can be found with the ST, uneven Idling for example. Always follow the Instructions for each separate fault symptom.
