EGR Control Solenoid: Service and Repair

EGR Controller:





REMOVAL
1. Disconnect hoses from controller.
2. Remove outer screw from controller mounting bracket.
3. Disconnect controller connector and remove controller.
4. Remove controller mounting bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. Install controller mounting bracket.
2. Install controller with electrical connector facing upward towards top of relay shelf.
3. Connect controller connector.
4. Install hoses:
^ Yellow hose to connection nearest the electrical connector.
^ White hose to remaining connector.
