Front Knock Sensor

FRONT KNOCK SENSOR REPLACEMENT





Preparations
^ Remove:
- Air filter cover.
- Mass Air Flow Sensor.
- Fresh air hose.

Removal of Knock Sensor
^ Remove:
- Connector from Knock Sensor.
- Knock Sensor.





Installation of Knock Sensor
^ Fit:
- Knock Sensor and tighten.
- Connector on Knock Sensor.

Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ft lb).

NOTE: Front Knock Sensor should be tightened in 5 o'clock position.

Installation
^ Fit:
- Fresh air hose.
- Mass Air Flow Sensor.
- Air filter cover.
