Check Resistance In the (TRACS) Pressure Sensor Circuit [EH2]

Check Resistance In The Traction Control System (TRACS) Pressure Sensor Circuit
- Ignition off.





- Connect test box and check ground points as per JA. Connecting test box. Connecting Test Box [JA]
- Disconnect control module.





Connect an ohmmeter between #13 and #26 on test box. Ohmmeter should read approx. 0 Ohms.

- Now push brake pedal down hard.

The TRACS pressure sensor should now break the circuit and ohmmeter should read infinite resistance.

If reading is OK:
- Check TRACS pressure sensor circuit for resistance to ground EH5. Check Signal Lead [EH5]

If reading is incorrect:
- Check hydraulic unit connector EH3 Checking Hydraulic Unit Connector [EH3]
