DD. Checking the New Control Module

- Check that the control unit is of the correct type, depending on whether the car is fitted with TRACS or not. Control unit ABS TRACS, P/N 272269 and control unit ABS w/o TRACS, P/N 271977

- Check that none of the connector pins or sockets is damaged.

- Check that there is no dirt on contact surfaces.

- Check that none of the control modules seals are left on the hydraulic unit valves.

- Center the control module relative to the hydraulic valves before pushing them into place

- Install the four (4) screws for the control module.

- Connect pump motor and control module connectors.
