Preliminary Inspection

The following may also affect the wheel angles. Before measuring and adjusting these faults should be rectified.
- Different air pressure in tires.
- Different wear in tires.
- Play in front wheel bearing
- Play in the ball joint or control arm mounting
- Broken springs
- Damaged steering gear
- Play in the tie rods
- Damaged upper shock absorber bearing
- Abnormal (temporary) equipment
- Abnormal (temporary) load (lateral or front-rear)
- Nivomat: measurements are taken in the fully pumped position
