Activating Components/Functions





- Activate Volvo Scan Tool (ST) components by pressing YES/NO to start or stop activation.
- Use a stethoscope to listen for solenoid slicks

NOTE: ON cars with OBD II: No change/symptoms are noticed in the engine, transmission or combined instrument panel when function 7 is activated.

- To check these functions carry out the following before activating:

- Ignition OFF.
- Connect the Test Box.
- Connect a voltmeter to the terminals as above. Check the voltmeter reading when function is activated.
