Note! The soft-top should be in the down position when the roll-over bars are activated.
Warning! Unless otherwise stated, the ignition should be switched off and the negative battery lead disconnected while work on the ROPS system is being undertaken. Carefully follow the instructions in the procedure. To avoid accidental deployment of the roll-over bars when working on the system, they should be deployed manually or using the Volvo Scan Tool (ST) according to Replacing the roll-over bar cassette Removal and Replacement replacing roll-over bar cassette. Great care must be taken to avoid personal injury. No personnel must be near the roll-over bars when they are activated by the Volvo Scan Tool (ST).
