The car is equipped with coil springs and with individual wheel suspension. At the lower end, the front spring (1) is supported by a spring seat (2) welded to the suspension strut (3). The upper end of the spring is supported by a spring seat and a ball bearing pressed into a steel sleeve and vulcanized into the upper mounting (4). The mounting is attached to the wheel housing by three bolts. The shock absorber piston rod (6), which acts as the upper guide for the suspension strut, is provided with a rubber bumper (5) with a protective sleeve. The function of the bumper is to absorb impacts in the suspension.
