The hub is of the double row angular contact bearing type. It is designed so that that part of the hub with which the brake disc is in contact, is the outer ring of the hub. That part of the hub attached to the stub axle is the wheel's inner ring. No tightening is necessary during service as the hub is completely maintenance tree.
