- Ignition on.
- Activate solenoid SLT.

Read off the current through the solenoid SLT circuit.
The current should oscillate between 0 and 1000 mA.

Other information:
- Signal description. Transmission control module (TCM).
- Connectors, transmission, disconnecting/connecting.
- Transmission control module (TCM), replacing.

Does the current oscillate?

YES: Continue with Next Procedure. Refer to Fault-Tracing Information.
NO: Refer to Checking the Wiring. Checking The Wiring
