DTC ECM-220F

Condition







After starting the engine and with rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) control active the control module continuously checks the 9 adaption areas which must lie within their ranges. These are calculated together and if the control module registers that the total exceeds a fault range diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-220F is stored.

Substitute value
Rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) control is switched off.

Possible source
- Defective rear heated oxygen sensor (HO2S).
- Air leakage.
