Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) ECM-620A is stored in the engine control module (ECM) if the idling conditions are met and idling speed has deviated from the tolerance (-100)

Possible source

Idling speed too high:
- the engine load at idling speed has suddenly reduced (for example a large power consuming component has been switched off).

Idling speed too low:
- the engine load at idling speed has suddenly increased (for example when the steering wheel is turned sharply).
