Heated oxygen sensor (HO2S), replacing

Heated oxygen sensors (HO2S), removing




Remove the hose between preheating and the air cleaner (ACL).
Disconnect the connectors.
Expose the wiring.




Remove the heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Use tool 999 5543 SOCKET NV-22 HO2S 999 5543 Socket NV-22 HO2S.

Installing heated oxygen sensors (HO2S)




Install the heated oxygen sensors (HO2S). Use tool 999 5543 SOCKET NV-22 HO2S 999 5543 Socket NV-22 HO2S. Tighten to 45 Nm.




Reconnect connectors.
Secure wiring.
Install the hose between preheating and the air cleaner (ACL).

Erase Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).

Reset trim.
