Turbocharger (TC) Control Valve, Replacing

NOTE: The illustrations in this service information are used for different model year and/or models. Some variation may occur. However, the essential information in the illustrations is always correct.

Removal

Removing the turbocharger (TC) control valve
Raise the vehicle.

Remove:







- lower the engine cover, if installed. Disconnect the connector for the turbocharger (TC) control valve
- the screws for the turbocharger (TC) control valve
- the hoses for the turbocharger (TC) control valve. Note the position of the hoses to facilitate installation.


Installation

NOTE: For tightening torques, see Specifications.

Installing the turbocharger (TC) control valve

Install:
- the hoses for the turbocharger (TC) control valve. See earlier markings
- the screws for the turbocharger (TC) control valve. Tighten
- the lower engine cover, if installed.
