Control module steering gear, replacing

Preparatory work




Ignition off.
Remove the soundproofing panel on the driver's side. See Soundproofing panel, replacing Soundproofing Panel, Replacing.

Hint: The control module for the steering gear is on the pedal box bracket. See the illustration.

Removal




Remove the control module for the steering gear.
Disconnect the connector.

Installation
Connect the connector.
Install the control module for the steering gear.

Finishing work
Install the soundproofing panel. See Soundproofing panel, replacing Soundproofing Panel, Replacing.
Test the function.
