Sub-Frame Front, Replacing

Front subframe

Preparatory work

Remove the anti-roll bar.

Removing the sub-frame





Remove the 2 screws for the front mounting for the subframe.
Lower the subframe approximately 10 cm. Detach the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S). wiring from the sub-frame.
Remove the sub-frame.

Note! Be careful to not chafe or trap any cables when lowering the sub-frame.

Installing the sub-frame

Carefully lift the sub-frame.

Install:
- the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) wiring. Use new clips
- the 2 screws for the front mounting for the frame loosely.

Finishing

Install the anti-roll bar.
