Control system, replacing

Removal

Removing the cable harness
Remove the cable harness from the control system. See: Cable harness, control system, gearbox, replacing Service and Repair.





Note! Protect the cable harness by taping it to the outside of the transmission.

















Installation

Note! For tightening torques, see applicable specifications.





Caution! Ensure that the cable harness is not trapped when the control system is positioned.




Lightly tighten.




Use new screws and a new gasket.
Lightly tighten.




Tighten alternately, M6.
