Battery cable to the starter motor control solenoid.

Removal

Note! Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Perform battery disconnecting and connecting. Battery Disconnecting

Remove the air filter housing Refer to: Air cleaner housing, B8444S Service and Repair




1. Torque: Battery lead to battery lead terminal, 14 Nm

2. Torque: Starter motor B+ terminal, 15 Nm

Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
