Problems with voice guiding, navigation

Information
Despite the user having deactivated voice guiding, it may happen that voice guiding is activated again. This is due to a malfunction in the software and is solved by downloading an updated software.

Updating software
Carry out the following:
- Remove the DVD-disc with map information from Multimedia module (MMM).
- Insert the DVD-disc with the application software in Multimedia module (MMM).
- Follow the instructions on the screen.
- When the update is completed, a message is shown that the DVD-disc cannot be read. This does not mean that there is anything wrong with the DVD-disc or Multimedia module (MMM) , but that the latest application software is installed. It may take 10-15 minutes to update the application software.
- Remove the DVD-disc with the application software and insert the DVD-disc with map information.
