Removal

Removing the upper cross stay





Remove:
- the 4 screws at the suspension turrets
- the screw for the upper engine mount on the engine
- the upper cross stay.

Removing the upper engine cover
Remove the upper rear engine cover by pulling it straight up.

Removing non-return valve, crankcase ventilation





Remove:
- the 2 screws on the non-return valve for crankcase ventilation
- the non-return valve.

Cleaning

Cleaning crankcase ventilation
Blow clean the valve and the hose.

Installation

Installing non-return valve, crankcase ventilation

Install:
- the non-return valve
- the screws, 2 pcs., for the non-return valve for crankcase ventilation. Tighten.
- the engine casing
- the upper engine stay. Tighten.
