Removal

Perform draining Refer to: Draining refrigerant, vacuum-pumping, and filling Draining Refrigerant, Vacuum-Pumping, and Filling

Remove the following items:
- the auxiliaries belt Refer to: Auxiliary belt, B8444S Service and Repair
- engine cooling fan (fc) Refer to: Engine cooling fan (FC), B8444S, TF-80SC AWD Service and Repair

Caution! Make sure that all openings are sealed. Use new blanking caps.

Caution! Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

Note! Use new seals.

Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Use: Oil, AC-compressor, 1161627

Torque: M8, 24 Nm

Torque: M6, 10 Nm

Installation

Perform AC-system, oil, refilling Refer to: AC-system, oil, refilling AC-System, Oil, Refilling

Remove wiper Refer to: Receiver drier Service and Repair

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
